Children with TANGO2 disease can present with a variety of eye-related issues including:

• Ptosis droopy eyelids that come and go
• Exotropia eyes deviate outward. Usually intermittent occurring when a child is daydreaming, not feeling well or tired. Can lead to amblyopia or lazy eye.
