In November, the East Hampton community came together for Ryan Morris at the third Shine a Light on TANGO2 banquet. This year’s event raised $40,000 bringing the total raised for this event to $113,000 since it was first held in 2018.

“I am proud and humbled by the generosity of the East Hampton community,” Kasha Morris, Co-Founder of the TANGO2 Research Foundation said. “They always step up to support our son, Ryan, and all the children and young adults living with TANGO2 disease.”

The event included a virtual and silent auction, as well as a program sharing the accomplishments and progress since the inception of the Foundation. Speakers included Kasha Morris, Mike Morris and Dr. Christina Miyake via video recording. There were 140 guests in attendance and over 100 auction items generously donated by individuals and local businesses. All proceeds have gone to fund life-changing breakthroughs in hopes of curing, preventing and treating TANGO2 disease.

Kasha and Mike would like to thank everyone who supported this event and the Banquet Committee who worked incredibly hard to make this event a huge success!
