2026 Family Conference Virtual Streaming Registration
Can’t join us in person? Register for live streaming access to the 2026 TANGO2 Family Conference and experience two-and-a-half days of meaningful education, research updates, advocacy discussions, and community connection from anywhere in the world.
Your virtual registration includes access to live-streamed conference sessions taking place June 28–30, 2026, featuring presentations from leading clinicians, researchers, industry partners, and TANGO2 families working together to advance care and research for TANGO2 Deficiency Disorder (TDD).
Virtual Registration Fee: $50
In-Person Registration Deadline: May 7th, 2026
Family Members / Students / Residents / Fellows: $150 per person
Medical / Scientific Professionals: $350 per person
Other Guests: $350 per person

- One (1) hotel room for two (2) nights per registered family OR per individual registrant
- Families registering multiple members share one hotel room
- Individual registrants receive one hotel room per registration

* Hotel accommodations are provided per family registration or per individual registrant, not per person. Families registering multiple members will be assigned one shared hotel room unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Hotel Accommodations
The TANGO2 Family Conference will be held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida, the official hotel for the event.

Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required at booking and check-in for incidentals.

Covered Nights: The TANGO2 Research Foundation will cover two nights (Sunday and Monday) for registered attendees, applied automatically at check-out.

Additional Nights (Pre/Post): You may book extra nights before or after the conference. These nights will be charged to you and are not covered by the Foundation unless prearranged or approved in advance. Unavailable nights will be noted—adjust your dates to see available options.

Alternative Booking: If you need rooms for unavailable nights, you can book through Disney’s vacation rate website at www.disneyworld.com or call 1-407-W-DISNEY to check resort availability and rates.

Hotel Booking & Payment Information: At the time of booking, guests will be asked to provide a credit card, and the full hotel charge may appear during the reservation process. Please note that your credit card is required for booking purposes and incidentals only and will not be charged for the room cost at the time of booking.
